Fees are negotiable for Phases 1 to Phase 4 and will vary from the size of portfolios. Monthly management of portfolio (Phase 5) will be percentage based.

Phase 1 – Evaluation

  • Evaluate existing and new property portfolio
  • Written strategy for identification, development and construction of sites
  • Compile list of potential sites with new and possible upgrades
  • Written strategy for generating revenues from these sites
  • Prepare financial and projects report on potential sites

Phase 2 – Pre Implementation

  • Evaluate existing and new property portfolio
  • Written strategy for identification, development and construction of sites
  • Compile list of potential sites with new and possible upgrades
  • Written strategy for generating revenues from these sites
  • Prepare financial and projects report on potential sites

Phase 3 – Implementation

  • Create outdoor media owner proposal reports
  • Set up meetings with media owners
  • Evaluate best proposals and offers
  • Agree on projects list and time frames
  • Draft Agreements and submit to Media owners
  • Submit rental offers to Property Company
  • Sign development agreement with Media owners

Phase 4 – Construction

  • Oversee construction and projects on site developments
  • Monthly progress reports on application and construction progress

Phase 5 - Billing and invoicing

  • Create and update database of sites to system
  • Finalise rental and load financial data to system
  • Send monthly billing and invoice to media owners
  • Payment of rental income derived
  • Monthly submission of financial and portfolio performance reports

Competitive quotes from R75/m² for printing and R28/m² for flighting.

Construction

Construction of advertising structures - subject to size and format.

Project Management

Complete project management options. 15% of project´s capex cost

Joint Ventures

Establishment of Joint Venture Partnerships with other media owners. R25 000 + 18% of net income on successful agreements
